DISCHARGE

Each leather is inspected individually and presented according to the client's specifications, where, in general, the fat or waste is removed and the limbs are cut.

PRESENTATION

In the process of preparation of the product is the stage of the accumulation, which is the process the leather must wait a while to be exported, for it is collected on hangers, stacking them extensively. First, the salt that comes from the refrigerator is shaken, then the leathers are spread side by side with the hair down and a 5% borax is made with the back of the leather. Then another set of leathers is placed performing the same procedure. When the export shipment deadline has been met, whether they are hides piled on a hanger or just arrived from the refrigerator, the leather is shaken, eliminating the salt that it has, and then resalted with borax at 5%. The hides are folded into bending over, they are heavy and stowed in a pallet.

PREPARATION

To begin, the inside of the container should be packed and adjusted according to the requirements: first it is protected the interior of the container with a thick nylon (such as a pool), then add a layer of sawdust or salt on the floor and it is placed the pallets on them (certified under the norm NIMF n ° 15) with leathers. Once the container is completely loaded, it closes and the seals of Puerto and SAG are incorporated to be shipped to port.
